I'm not going to talk about the weather this morning because it's now beginning to sound the same over and over. Grey skies and snow again! Blah blah blah....stop the insanity already!
I think instead I'll focus more on the beautiful colours of Spring and show you the second to last card I'll be making this week in one of those wonderful pastel colours. This particular card is for Mother's Day and I have to admit I think it's so pretty all done in pink.

On this card I've embossed on the card itself, polka dot folder on a piece of cardstock and cut and embossed a circle die. I mounted the circle die with a lacey circle and topped that with a butterfly. I used three loops of ribbon and finished the card with faux pearls and rhinestone flowers. I used the same larger faux pearls placing them over the rhinestone in the flower to bring it all together and gave the butterfly one small pearl for it's head. For more details, visit my card page above.
Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful day!
What a lovely effect by keeping everything pink - beautiful card.

I love this card! Pink is my favourite colour and keeping it all the same with different touches such as embossing, die cutting, the pretty butterfly, folded tabs and pearls works brilliantly! Di x
