A Magical Birthday

It's been one week since we all sat and watched the most beautiful bride walk down the isle to marry her Prince charming.  A real life fairy tale wedding, and that it was!  Can you believe that it was a week ago already?  Scary how time flies.
Well, it's Friday again.  The end of another week and the beginning of a weekend.  After celebrating  Easter and the Royal wedding, we will now celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday.  This has been a great month so far for celebrations hasn't it?  For those who like to party.....awesome!  For those who like to make cards for occasions...you've been busy!!!  Scrapbookers...get your layouts ready for Sunday.

You've got to love the month of May.

My final card for the week was definitely a lot of fun to make.  I must admit, I love the colours and absolutely everything about this card.  This style is very versatile and good looking too.

The camera didn't do this card justice unfortunately, the card is yellow if you can believe it.

Stamps - Lili Of The Valley - sentiment
Paper - K & Co. DP, Barely Banana and Old Olive CS
Ink - Old Olive
Punches - 1 1/4" scalloped circle, 1 1/2" scalloped circle, Martha Stewart border punch and leaf border punch, Fiskars flower punch, Marvy flower punch
Accessories - Rhinestone gem embellishments and dimensionals

I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.
I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all the Mom's out there a wonderful Mother's Day.
Enjoy!
