Baby Shower

Today I thought I'd show you another fancy fold card I've made for a baby shower. We don't know at this point whether the baby is a boy or a girl so I decided to make this card in white.   I just love it. The video I found that inspired the card was on Youtube and was posted by dostamping. I've quite enjoyed making fold cards and found this video a good starting point for the card I wanted to make.

White cardstock
Polka dot embossing folder
Cuttlebug embossing folders for umbrella and baby feet
Heart shaped pearl embellishment
White satin ribbon

The information below are the adjustments I made to the card from the video

Top of card is triple matted, the largest square being 3" embossed with polka dot embossing folder
Each of the next two squares are 1/8" smaller
Smallest square is embossed with umbrella embossing folder topped with heart shaped pearl embellishment

Inside of card is also triple matted, the largest square being 3"
The next square being 1/8" smaller
The smallest square measures 2 1/2" and embossed with the baby feet

The chevron is embossed with the polka dot embossing folder
The rectangle measures 3" X 3 3/4"

The satin ribbon is wrapped around the card and over the bottom corner of the diamond to secure closed.
I'm so happy you visited today.  I'd love to hear from you.  Let me know what your comments and tips on fancy fold cards are.
Have a great day!
