Hydrangeas

Ohhhhhhh..........I do love HYDRANGEAS!

I've been working out in the yard today on this beautiful sunny, warm Canadian holiday.  I thought I would share some pictures of a few of my flowers.

This is one of my Hydrangeas in the back yard

Such a pretty shade of light pinky purple

This is a close up of one of the blooms just starting to open up

These are my hydrangeas in the front garden

Beautiful shade of blue

And finally, these are my Annabelle hydrangeas along side of my deck in the backyard, they love it there.  These plants are as high as 5'8" right now and will bloom a real creamy white.   Many of the blooms will be the size of dinner plates, they get so huge!  These particular hydrangeas will bloom all summer long which is awesome because I love to snip the blooms and place them in vases throughout my home.  I have other hydrangeas in various colours but where they are situated in my garden they haven't started to bloom just yet?

I hope you've enjoyed my pictures today and thank you for allowing me to share another little hobby of mine.

Wherever you are in your day, I hope you're enjoying it!
Wishing you many wonderful creations.

  1. My granddad grew these in his garden and always had a lovely display. For some reason I don't do very well with them but I so love the blue ones.

    TFS your lovely pics.
