Use It Tuesday Challenge #3

Oh Goody another Use It Tuesday Challenge.  The challenge here is to get sketchy!  A sketch has been given as a guide line for either a card or scrapbook layout, I chose the card.  Here is the sketch created by Samantha Peyton http://www.thescrapmaster.com/.
